The Flipper’s restaurant, "Hot Dogs & Caviar" is located on our Ground Floor. A 200-capacity seated restaurant or a 500-capacity party spot, the restaurant area features adaptable seating for social events. This level is also equipped with a full bar, professional kitchen, and service area.
This space pays homage to the original & legendary Flipper's restaurant, infusing every detail with a sense of nostalgia and sophistication. Our expansive bar features a remarkable array of beers, cocktails & wines to really get the party started. Bespoke food and drink menus can be created with our team to complement your event, ensuring that every sip is as memorable as the occasion itself.

Once a legendary Los Angeles roller rink, Flipper's was reborn in 2022 as a new venture from Liberty Ross and Kevin Wall, in partnership with Usher.
Much more than a rink, Flipper's is a complete entertainment venue hosting an eclectic range of musicians and DJs from around the world. Flipper's Roller Boogie Palace London features an elevated American diner and bar, space for live performances, private booths, VIP lounge, and a pro shop.
Flipper's London is located in one of London's most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods, easily accessible from anywhere in the capital.
The Whole Venue boasts a total venue capacity of up to 2000, suitable for live music concerts, brand events, and more.
The First Floor hosts Flipper's skating rink, performance stage, rinkside booths, bar and additional seating. The black lacquered roller rink, with space for up to 250 skaters. Overlooking the rink, is the Lizard Lounge that fits up to 150 guests with a new of the first floor.
The ground floor is an impressive space for dinners, grand events and receptions. It is home to Hot Dogs and Caviar, named after the original Flipper's LA restaurant, which offers elevated American diner classics with a focus on well sourced ingredients.
