About this space
A 1,270sqft soundproof infinity cove studio, with pre-lit U-shape cove (W) 9.2m x (Left) 4.2m x (Right) 6.2m x (H) 4m.
The studio has a large open plan area for shooting, and a wide shutter door for load-in access making it suitable for all kinds of shoots including set builds. The cove comes pre-lit with Chroma-Q Space Force LED lights mounted onto the overhead lighting rig. There is 3 phase 32 amp power as well as single phase 32, 16 and 13 amp.
The studio has been sound-treated with insulated sound walls, Silent Roof treatment, and ABS acoustic treatment, making it a great space for recording sound.
Included in your hire is a comfortable green room with natural light, equipped with a kitchenette, large table, sofas, bluetooth speaker and a private WC. There is a separate glam room with a Hollywood-style mirror, steamer, clothing rail with hangers and an iron and board. There is also an accessible WC and step-free access throughout.
There are 3 onsite parking spaces available for free - please let us know in advance if you will be needing parking and/or loading access. We can advise on further parking and local amenities.
We have our own in-house kit hire service and are well connected with local kit hire companies so if there is anything you need - just ask! www.klatchkit.co.uk. In addition we have a wide variety of props to rent including plinths, scenic flats, coloramas and backdrops.
We are a small and friendly team who want the studio hiring process to be as easy and no-nonsense as possible!

Host rules
- No smoking is permitted inside the studio or throughout the building
- You must comply with fire regulation requirements whilst in the building, so please ensure that access to fire exits is never obstructed and make sure signs for fire exits and fire equipment are always prominent and visible (you may not cover up signs or move equipment.)
- You will be liable for any damage caused to the space or any equipment during or as a result of your hire, and the studio
reserves the right to charge to the hirer the reasonable cost of repair. (We of course accept normal wear and tear of a
day’s hire).
- Jumping / skateboarding on the curved edges of the cyclorama is not permitted and any damages caused will be liable
to the hirer.

Studio 03, a state-of-the-art sound stage with 1,270 square feet of open plan space, is soundproof and features a U-Shape infinity cove for versatile shooting possibilities. Equipped with Chroma-Q Space Force LED lights, a lighting rig, and full blackout capability, it offers a customizable and controlled environment.
Loading in is convenient with roller shutter access and a leveled floor. The studio provides ample power options, including 3 phase 32 amp and single phase 32, 16, 13 amp. It also offers in-built temperature control and step-free access.
Additional facilities encompass a 310 square feet green room with natural light, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a 50 square feet glam room with amenities such as a Hollywood-style mirror, clothing rails, steamer, iron and board, and Bluetooth speaker. High-speed fiber wifi at 900 mbps is available, along with three onsite parking spaces and private accessible WC facilities.
