About this space

Welcome to Catford Mews, Lewisham's independent cinema. With a strong focus on the local community, our three cinema screens are only part of a wider offering, which also includes a café, bar, and local food vendors, plus space for events, co-working, socialising, and much more.

From the early planning stages we had a few starting points we didn’t want to lose focus on – to be truly inclusive: a cinema for Catford and its community, to offer an exciting programme of films and events, and to serve as a platform for local talent and entrepreneurs
