The Menier Penthouse is a stunning light-filled event space with uninterrupted views of London's iconic skyline. Comprising of high end and industrial features, the penthouse has concrete walls, a solid stone floor, 2 large balconies, kitchen & bathroom and 45m of floor-to-ceiling windows. Striking textures and warm tones are complimented by an abundance of natural light at all times of day.

A generous whole-floor space in the centre of London Bridge ideal for your conference, meeting, exhibition or talk. With nearly 360 degree views of London from the two balconies your guests can see the Shard, Borough Market, Tate Modern, London Eye, Battersea Power Station and landmarks of South London.

With room for 60 seated theatre style, banquet style or standing and 42 cabaret style the Penthouse is highly adaptable to suit the layout desired for your event. The kitchen is situated on the west side, bathroom on the east side. The lift opens into Penthouse lobby enabling disabled access.

The Penthouse has large velvet sofas, hanging rails, a boardroom style table for 10, a selection of seating, mirrors and an abundance of plants. All furniture is fully moveable and can be used in any internal area of the space.

13 large bean bags are available for use internally or externally. Further props and furniture is available to hire for your event.

We have an extensive array of caterers available to provide food and refreshments for your event and look forward to welcoming you to the Menier Penthouse.

Cancellation fee payable to the venue depending on the notice period:

  • 14+ days prior to the event No fee, guest receives full refund
  • 7 - 13 days prior to the event Fee payable is 50% of total hire cost
  • Less than 7 days prior to the event Fee payable is 100% of total hire cost

The space was fabulous, big open windows with views across to the city despite the grey misty day. It was a busy day so it was great to have so much natural light. It was also a change to our usual corporate environment so the team could really separate themselves from their usual work for a day. The staff who looked after us were lovely and very attentive. It was great having someone on hand to help and to make sure everything ran smoothly.

The lift was pretty rickety so the decision was taken to only use the stairs to avoid the risk of people getting stuck. Not great if any of your party had access issues. Lunch was delivered from the next door restaurant. Whilst the quality was good but portion sizes were small. Maybe we're big eaters but one medium sized tray of salad for over 40 people was simply not enough. The response from the Menier team was good though and they bought more food in. We used the space for a team planning day. It worked well but we had to bring a lot of things with us/hire it for the day. We were aware of this and were more than happy to do so in order to have an unusual space. Potentially this wouldn't be ideal for all companies but I expect this would be on a case by case basis.

In addition to its stylish interior the Penthouse offers privacy and exclusivity located in the bustling centre of London Bridge with superb transport links – 3 minutes walk from London Bridge Tube and Train Stations and serviced by multiple bus routes.
