The venue must be put back to exactly how is was prior to booking
To be clear - all holes filled and sanded and painted, full professional clean, walls and exterior painted back to white, rubbish removed.
The venue is only to be open 9am - 9pm. (Shutters down by 9pm).
If you have a launch the music must be kept at a social able level ie not to be heard from the street. You must employ a door person for crowd control.
Any fit out or painting must be approved via the landlord 2 weeks prior to rental. Extra license may be required for major external or internal paint.
