Please do not overload the lifts with heavy equipment - any damage to lifts must be paid for.

All furniture can be moved but not removed from the studio apartment.

Permanent damage and/or stolen studio belongings will be charged at our discretion.

Lost property will be kept at the studio for a maximum of one week unless claimed and collection arranged.

Please do not prop doors open, including the main entrance, without supervision.

You are responsible for the removal of any litter before leaving.

Please ensure that the floors are protected, and any items of furniture must be lifted rather than dragged.
