Mail Rail is a Blank Canvas in The Postal Museum that occupies a section of the museum's original underground miniature postal railway tunnels, providing an authentic historic tunnel setting.
Design: The space is a long, narrow arched tunnel finished in glazed brick and exposed ironwork, with low ceilings and directional lighting that emphasise the tunnel's proportions.
Features: The space includes a PA system and speakers and permits guests to play their own music. The space also has on-site Wi‑Fi and air conditioning and provides wheelchair access, accessible toilets and a step‑free guest entrance.

10 CANCELLATION FEES
10.1 If the Client has the right to end the Hire Contract the Client must inform the Venue by doing one of the following:
10.1.1 by calling or emailing the Venue using the contact details in clause 2; or
10.1.2 by writing to the Venue at the address set out in clause 2.
The Client may use the model cancellation form set out in the appendix to these Terms and Conditions.

91 days or more prior to the Event Day • the Deposit
Between 90 and 30 days prior to the Event Date • 75% of the Venue Hire Charge; and
• the Extra Service Fees (and if applicable any Additional Item
Costs) paid and/or payable by the Client (depending on the
date of cancellation), as compensation for the costs that the
Venue will incur as a result of the termination of the Hire
Contract.
Less than 30 days prior the Event Date • 100% of the Hire Cost; and
• the Extra Service Fees (and if applicable any Additional Item Costs)
paid, and/or payable by the Client (depending on the date that of
cancellation), as compensation for the costs that the Venue will incur as
a result of the termination of the Hire Contract.
