About Black Swan Yard Studios
A newly refurbished 3,500sq ft ground floor space with a 500sq ft mezzanine area and 1,000 Sq Foot Office space just 7 mins walk from London Bridge station and 4 mins walk to Tower Bridge. With its high ceilings, white walls and grey floor it's an airy, light filled and a blank canvas. Its a flexible space and the ideal venue for dressing as you wish, or leaving the space light and open for your gallery viewing.
Previous events are: Theatre rehearsal space; film & video shoots, photographic and adverting shoots; filing of TV programs; film location hub; exhibitions and product launches; Bit Coin conferences; gallery space; company team building sessions and various pop up markets.
We have a premises licence and bar area with the ability for catering to be brought in for special functions. 5 toilets. We benefit from having 3 phase electricity and a loading bay with high sliding doors. Off street parking is available upon request and at an additional cost. Good Wifi coverage and views of the Shard which are amazing at night in the winter.
