Rules of the space

Host rules

- We can supply sandwiches if ordered in advance. Please ask for the current menu and price list when booking.
- We are happy for people to bring their own food or for people to get food delivered here. There are no corkage charges.
- There are no kitchen facilities available to use.
- There is a large TV screen in Meadow View room for presentations which can be attached to a laptop via HDMI.
- Wi-Fi is available on prior request, and most mobile networks have a good signal.
- Any mains electrical equipment used on site must be PAT tested or under 12 months old.
- The room is not available on Wednesdays.




Rooms can be booked between the hours of 9:30am – 4:30pm, all rooms must be vacated by 4:45pm.

We require a non-refundable £50 deposit payable at the time of booking to secure the room. Meadow view and Lake view are about equivalent sized and can be opened into one large room. Meadow view has a tv screen for presentations etc, Lake view has a row of sinks.

Room decoration:

No decorations are to be put up on the paintwork. Blue tack can be used to attach decorations to the doors and windows.

No confetti to be used outside. Any confetti / table confetti used inside to be swept up by room users.

No Balloons.

Music and Noise:

Music and noise must be kept to a level it does not disturb other visitors or wildlife, for example general conversation level.
