II. Space Usage & Conduct:

• Permitted Use: The space is suitable for meetings, rehearsals, small workshops, and similar activities. [ No parties, loud music after 6pm, no overnight stays].

• Capacity: Maximum occupancy is 25 people. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited.

• Quiet Hours: Between 6pm – 9pm please maintain a reasonable noise level to avoid disturbing neighbours or other businesses in the building.

• Cleanliness: The space must be left clean and tidy after your rental period. This includes removing all trash, recycling, and personal belongings. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees €25

• Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the space or its contents. Report any pre-existing damage immediately. Repair costs will be charged to your credit card on file.

• Alcohol & Smoking: [No alcohol permitted without prior written consent, Smoking strictly prohibited].

• Food & Beverages: Consumption of food and beverages is permitted. However, please clean up any spills immediately.

• Security: You are responsible for your belongings and the security of your guests while on the premises. Things to Do Dublin is not liable for lost or stolen items.

• Decoration: Please use removable tape or Blue tack only. No nails or staples allowed].
