Right by the Ha’penny Bridge in the heart of Temple Bar, The Merchant’s Arch is a proper Irish bar and restaurant set across four levels. We’re known for our live trad music, great food, and warm atmosphere.

Upstairs, our restaurant offers a full à la carte menu with mains starting from €23. It’s a bright, relaxed space that can seat up to 140 people or host 180 standing. It’s ideal for private and semi-private events — whether it’s a birthday, wedding celebration, civil ceremony, corporate night out, or just a good reason to get people together.

We’ve got all the essentials covered — a full bar, WiFi, accessible toilets, air conditioning, ground-level access, and live music every day. The venue is wheelchair friendly and alcohol is served to guests aged 21 and over.
