Host rules
- Please be respectful of other building tenants—keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during business hours.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- No outside food or beverages unless pre-approved by Millberry Coffee.
- Entry is permitted only during your booked event time.
- Setup and teardown are handled by our staff—early access is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
- Guests should vacate the space promptly at the scheduled end time.
- Stay within the designated event area. Access to staff-only zones is not permitted.
- Furniture must not be rearranged without staff approval.
- Décor is allowed but must not damage walls, windows, or fixtures. No confetti or glitter, please.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the café or within 9 meters of the entrance.
- Please alert staff immediately if anything spills or breaks—we’re happy to help!
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the event.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available
- Any special A/V or equipment needs should be communicated at least 5 days before the event.
- Photos are welcome! Please be mindful not to photograph other building tenants or customers without consent.
- If hiring a photographer or videographer, let us know in advance.
