This layout of the space is flexible, and the amenities include a wall-mounted screen, a projector and Wi-Fi.

Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments.
A signed rental agreement and security deposit are required to confirm reservations.

• All bookings must be made in advance.
• Capacity must be respected (fire code / occupancy limits).
• Space is intended for film, photography, meetings, or events only.
• No subletting or transferring reservations without prior approval.
• Light rearrangement of desks/chairs allowed, but must be returned to original setup.
• No permanent alterations (painting, drilling, taping to walls/ceilings).
• Protective floor/wall coverings required for heavy equipment.
• All film/photography equipment must have protective pads or stands.
• Power usage should be pre-approved; additional generators may be required for heavy loads.
• A site manager or representative may be assigned for large productions.
• Noise levels must be kept reasonable; no disruptive music or sound without prior notice.
• Smoking, vaping, and open flames are strictly prohibited indoors.
• Respect for the school community and property is mandatory.
• Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas.
• All trash must be disposed of in bins or removed after the booking.
• Productions must carry liability insurance and provide proof before filming.
• The renter is responsible for any damage to property, furniture, or equipment.
• Parking availability to be confirmed at booking.
• Loading/unloading must be done in designated areas without blocking entrances.
• Space must be left in the same condition it was found.
• Unauthorised use beyond reservation time will result in penalty charges.
