This is a private home in gorgeous Lions Bay. The view is terrific, southwest facing overlooking Howe Sound between Gambier and Bowen Island(s) The sun falls all year round into this view. The house features a larger wooden patio upstairs with BBQ and patio furniture, while the lower patio is covered and private.
The upstairs has the entrance, living room with a real fireplace, kitchen with island, and two sliding doors to access the patio from. Downstairs has the guest room with a smaller patio - which can be booked to stay the night - as well as the powder and tub room. There are two other bedrooms downstairs but they aren't a part of the rental space.

Fabulous ocean views from this sun-filled home. Sun falls directly within the southwest-facing view all year round. Open plan with updated kitchen & island. The large patio can be accessed from either the kitchen, or the living room, plus there is a side entrance that leads to the driveway for easy off loading of gear.
The reverse plan has 3 bedrooms down, one of which has its own patio, spa-like master bath heated floors and peaceful views from the tub. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and multiple bay windows. A powder room can be used for hair and makeup.
