About this space
Our boardroom can welcome 12 guests around a central table. There is an extra lounge-style seating area for casual breaks or smaller discussions. This space provides a 75-inch smart TV, projector, whiteboard, and kitchenette. It’s ideal for executive meetings, small team sessions, or off-site planning days.
The room is private and available by reservation only. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas between sessions.

Host rules
* The person checking in must be the cardholder and present a valid ID.
* A credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in for damages.
* No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the building or on balconies.
* No candles or open flames allowed. Battery-operated candles can be provided.
* Decorations must not be taped or glued to walls or ceilings.
* Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors or parties.
* Pool is for registered guests only and open from June to September, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
* Common areas are accessible to guests except the Meeting Room, unless reserved.
* One parking space is provided per room.
* Service animals only. No pets allowed.
* Quiet hours apply. No loud music, afterparties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
* All furniture and room items must remain in the room and be returned to original position at check-out.

About Newton Villa
Newton Villa is a bed and breakfast-style executive home in a quiet northeastern Brampton neighborhood. The property includes various en-suite guest rooms, such as standard doubles and full private suites. Shared spaces like a breakfast room, reading lounge, and computer station are also offered.
In the summer, guests can relax outdoors at the pool, firepit, gazebo, patio, or apple orchard. Parking is included (1 space per room). Please note we’re a smoke-free facility with limited accessibility features.
