About this space
Our boardroom can welcome 12 guests around a central table. There is an extra lounge-style seating area for casual breaks or smaller discussions. This space provides a 75-inch smart TV, projector, whiteboard, and kitchenette. It’s ideal for executive meetings, small team sessions, or off-site planning days.
The room is private and available by reservation only. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas between sessions.

* The person checking in must be the cardholder and present a valid ID.
* A credit card or cash deposit is required at check-in for damages.
* No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use inside the building or on balconies.
* No candles or open flames allowed. Battery-operated candles can be provided.
* Decorations must not be taped or glued to walls or ceilings.
* Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors or parties.
* Pool is for registered guests only and open from June to September, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
* Common areas are accessible to guests except the Meeting Room, unless reserved.
* One parking space is provided per room.
* Service animals only. No pets allowed.
* Quiet hours apply. No loud music, afterparties, or group gatherings unless pre-approved.
* All furniture and room items must remain in the room and be returned to original position at check-out.
