Ewelina Dunkley

Ewelina, originally from Poland and now living in the UK since 2015, has a remarkable career as an Event Manager spanning 14 years. She's an expert in planning events like parties and fine dining.In 2016, she transitioned into the world of Tech, assuming the role of Site Event Team Lead for Meta's Community, Culture, and Engagement Team. Ewelina is an active member of the Global Community Leader Advisory Committee (GCLAC), collaborating closely with Meta's Internal Community team to represent community leaders' voices and needs, advising on impactful program development. Leading the Event Pillar for the Global Hackathon Board of Directors, she is a key member of an eight-person team responsible for planning hackathons worldwide. Ewelina's outstanding event management skills shine through her exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, creative imagination, and aptitude for conceptual design. Her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to excellence earned her the prestigious 2022 Event Planner of the Year award at the Miss Jones Awards in the UK.
