Our Rehearsal Studio offers a spacious, acoustically treated environment with top-notch gear: a Pearl Masters maple 5pc drum kit with Earthworks Audio, a 3400w Yamaha PA system, and a 32-channel Behringer X32 digital mixer. Stay comfortable with air conditioning and enjoy personalized monitoring with our dual-channel wireless in-ear system. We provide guitar and bass amps/cabs, instruments, and professional-grade equipment including Two Notes Audio Captor units and Shure SM58 vocal mics. Combined with stage-like setup and adjustable warm lighting, it's the ideal space for perfecting your craft.

* Outside catering, food, non alcoholic drinks are allowed.
* Food and drinks only to be in kitchen area or front of warehouse.
* No smoking in the building.

* Any damages to our venue/ equipment must be covered by customer.

Unreil Studios offers a versatile space for creatives:
Cyclorama: Featuring a bright white wall cyclorama, adjustable white lights, and various props for film, photo, or content projects.
Rehearsal Studio: Equipped with a sound-treated room, drum kit, PA system, digital mixer, amps, guitars, and microphones, arranged like a stage setup with adjustable lighting.
Recording Studio: A spacious area with lounge, Zaor recording desk, Mac Studio computer, monitors, and high-quality audio equipment including interfaces and amp switchers.
Additional amenities include ample parking, free WiFi, easy load-in/out access, kitchen, bathroom, shower, and flexible hours seven days a week.
