We cook El Gringos method here, super slow, with tonnes of flavor and plenty of lard! At El Gringo’s Tacos we believe in bringing everyone up with us, so we give a chunk of every month's profits back to our staff.
Wherever we can we support Australian business and Australian green energy, always with a preference to bio-dynamic and organic practices. We believe in doing things the right way the first time, so we put the greatest care into everything we turn our hands to!
We make all our tacos fresh to order from our special mix of blue and yellow corn. That means soft, hot tacos oozing with delicious fillings!
We believe in bringing everyone up with us, by giving a share of monthly profits back to all our staff, from waiter to head chef.
Cook slow, that's what we believe. We cook our meat as long as possible - it's a mouth-watering wait but I'm sure you'll agree, it's worth the effort.
