About this space

Our conference venue is ideal for small-medium conferences for less than 75 attendees (please note however that numbers may be currently restricted due to Covid Health orders - please check with us for current capacity limits ). The main conference room is air-conditioned and features a raised speaking platform with lectern and wall mounted 65" flatscreen tv for your Powerpoint or presentation. We also have two additional small breakout rooms that are perfect for small breakout groups of 3-4 persons. Our venue has mens and women's restrooms. We are on the first floor with one flight of stairs. There is a stairlift for mobility access. Cancellation policy

Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.

Rules of the space

We are a Covid Safe business and as such our capacity may be currently limited depending on current health orders. Currently all attendees must be double-vaccinated and must check in via the QR codes provided on site.


Sydney Conference Venue is the perfect venue for small-medium conferences, meetings, seminars, professional development sessions and training. Our space offers a main conference space plus two small breakout meeting rooms. We are conveniently located in the heart of Double Bay, Sydney surrounded by cafes, bars and shops with bus transport at our doorstep. Our venue has seating for up to 50 patrons with some additional standing room. You can run an audio visual presentation via our wall mounted 65" flatscreen TV. The venue is crisp and modern having only been fitted out in 2019.


Location
