Brightlands Conference Room at Kyah
About this space
Brightlands and Evans conference rooms are split by a retractable wall partition. With the wall in place, Brightlands and Evans are two completely private spaces but retract the wall and you have a larger space for conferences and events.
Both rooms have 85inch (Brightlands) and 75inch (Evans) screens and HDMI/Clickshare connection for presentations.

Half Day Delegate: From $80 per person, per day
Includes:
- Arrival coffee and tea

Host rules
No smoking in the building - smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Any photography of our space for commercial, film or marketing use for another brand or company will need to be approved by us prior to use.
Facilities and Services
While care is taken to ensure that the description of our facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature or facility is essential to you in choosing Kyah, it is your responsibility to confirm with us prior to making your reservation that the feature or facility will be available during your stay.
While we will do everything possible to ensure that the facilities and services are available and ready for use, during your stay, we cannot guarantee that all facilities will be available and will not be liable for omissions, errors or changes to the facilities and services at Kyah, whether temporary or permanent.
You accept full responsibility for the care and treatment of our facilities and services and are used at your own risk. You agree that you are in a fit and proper condition to use our facilities and services and we do not accept any responsibility for any injury or damage. You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Kyah and its team against any claims, actions or proceedings for any injuries caused to you or others while using our facilities and services.
You agree to return our facilities and services in the same condition that you originally took the facility or service. If our facilities or services are damaged or is not in the same condition prior to use, you will be liable to pay reasonable costs to reinstate the facility or service to its original condition. You acknowledge and consent for us to use anti-theft technology on our facilities and services to limit any theft that may arise.
