Event offers and packages

Bar setup fee: $350 This applies to all private functions using a drinks package or bar tab and includes bar setup, glassware, ice, garnishes, staff setup and pack-down, and POS preparation. Drinks packages (per person, per hour) Minimum 2 hours and minimum 30 guests. Standard package: $18 per person, per hour Premium package: $22 per person, per hour Optional house spirits: +$8 per person, per hour Alternatively, a bar tab may be arranged with a minimum spend of $1,200. Food is additional.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests observe the following:

No external alcohol permitted on-site. All beverages must be provided through Edgecombe Winery as per our licensing.

Minimum 2-hour hire applies, with hourly rates charged based on whether your event is during or outside standard trading hours (9am–4pm).

Bar setup fee applies for all events using a drinks package or bar tab.

All events are bar service only (no table service).

DIY catering is welcome, but all food vendors must have relevant food safety certification.

No confetti, glitter, synthetic petals, or adhesives are allowed for decorations.

All décor and personal items must be removed after the event unless prearranged.

Sound levels must comply with local noise restrictions, and entertainment must be approved prior to booking.

Children must be supervised at all times due to natural hazards (vineyards, water, bushland).

Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.
