The Westlake Room is McLeod’s main function space, with capacity for up to 200 guests. It can be configured for corporate events, wedding receptions, and private celebrations.
The space includes AV equipment, flexible layout options, and on-site event support. Our room hire can include a private terrace, private bar, cordless microphone, built-in sound system with Bluetooth and AUX connection, white board with markers, flip charts with paper, projector screen, linen tablecloths and jugs of water.

The hire fee is $550 for 4 hours with $150 per additional hour. A surcharge applies for Sundays and events outside standard operating hours.
Optional add-ons include a dance floor ($500), tap beer setup ($200), chair covers and sashes ($3 per piece), and staffing such as bartenders or roaming waiters ($50 per hour, minimum 2 hours). Cake service is available at $2 per person.
