With a relaxed atmosphere, the Main Bar features high tables and an open fireplace with six large HD screens to catch all the sporting action live and loud.
The Main Bar space is the semi-private area within the space and the maximum capacity is up to 100 standing guests. You can organize here your next event, such as an engagement party, corporate meeting or celebrating a 50th birthday.

We reserve the right to charge your credit card in the event of any damage to or eviction from the venue or if any incidents occur during the event.
Function food orders are required a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the function date and final numbers must be confirmed five (5) days prior to the function date. Your final bill will reflect the numbers confirmed at this point, regardless of changes made thereafter.
For bookings of 15 or more, we require guests to preorder their lunch or dinner five (5) days before their event. Please liaise with your Function Coordinator to arrange your order (payment not needed until day of booking).
Please be advised that organisers are financially responsible for any damage, theft, breakage or vandalism sustained to the function room or venue premises by guests, invitees or other persons attending the function. Should any extra cleaning be required to return the premise to a satisfactory standard, this will be charged to the client. The venue does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left at the venue prior to or after the function. It is
recommended that all client goods be removed from the venue immediately after the function.
All decorations must be removed at the end of any function. Confetti and party poppers are not permitted. The venue must approve all equipment or decorations and reserves the right to disallow any material deemed offensive or dangerous.
The Swan reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any guests or person attending the function or otherwise at the venue without liability.
