Host rules

Hospitality:
-Parking is available at the QV Centre for $20/day with vouchers bought from QV.
-Cafes restaurant, foodcourt, Big W, Woolworths & Officeworks are all available at QV centre nearby
-Coffee & tea available at the Studio for you and your guests
-Kitchen space is shared with other tenants and outside catering is permitted
-No smoking in the building
-No alcohol permitted during filming

Accessibility:
-Front entrance from 210 Lonsdale Street, note there are stairs. For wheelchair and trolley access, there is a ramp to the back entrance of the Building
- There is an accessibility ramp at the back of the building if you are coming up from the QV Carpark.
Studio F personnel are available to assist you with any queries

Sustainability:
The Studio makes every endeavour to offset carbon emissions activities in the studio, including using recycled materials where possible, and tracking our carbon footprint. If you would like 10% of your booking to be donated to our environment charity Onetreeplanted.com let us know, and we will donate this from your booking. This is not an additional charge.

Safety & Security:
The Studio is committed to ensuring a safe working environment for everyone who comes to Studio F. Studio F is available for hire as is, for audio visual recording or photography production, except x-rated content which is not permitted in this space and the Studio makes no representation as to use for any other purpose.
All personnel including cast, crew and guests must conduct themselves in a professional manner while in and around Studio F, and common areas of the building. The Studio has the right to request removal of any person who is behaving in an inappropriate or threatening manner in the space, if necessary via security personnel.
