- Sizes: 1.5m ($150) or 3m ($300)
- Custom colors may incur additional costs. Ideal for use with the in-house backdrop.

Guest under 18 not allowed unless accompanied by an adult
Host rules
- All food must be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the event.
- Payment is required 1 week prior to the event.
- Final guest numbers, arrival times, and food service times must be provided 1 week prior.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and leave the premises by midnight.
- Remaining balances, including unused minimum spend, will be charged to the provided credit card.
- Events must adhere to Albion Hotel policies and applicable laws.
- Management may exclude or eject objectionable persons without liability.
- Organizers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests.
- The Albion Hotel is not liable for damage or loss of items left on the premises before or after the event.
- No alcohol will be served to minors under 18.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and leave the premises by midnight.
- Standard cleaning is included. Excessive cleaning may incur additional fees.
- Confetti, rice, or similar products are not permitted indoors or on the grounds.
- If required, security will be arranged through the hotel’s preferred provider and charged to the organizer.
- Organizers are responsible for damages to hotel-owned or sub-hired equipment.
- Nothing may be nailed, screwed, or adhered to surfaces without prior approval. Blu-Tack may be used with management’s consent.
- Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made within 1 month. Written cancellations are required, and acknowledgment must be obtained.
- Intoxicated individuals will not be served alcohol.
