Host rules

Access to the event space is only permitted during the scheduled event times, standard hire times are for 5 hours, if additional event time is required on the day of the event additional charges may apply.
All decorations and equipment brought into the venue for the event must be pre-approved by SYC, the use of glitter or confetti is not permitted in the venue or on the grounds, cleaning fees will be charged. No fire explosives, or naked flames. Candles must be enclosed. Aviation equipment and drones must be approved in writing by SYC prior to your event.
All event spaces are non smoking area, a designated smoking area is avaliable at each venue.
for all 21st birthdays and 18th birthday celebrations security is required for an additional fee
Hollywell is not able to hold 21st or 18th birthday celebrations
If substantial cleaning is required, an additional fee may apply
Prior written permission is required to use Southport Yacht Club name and/or logo in print and/or on audio/visual displays, and all proposed artwork in connection with the Event must be approved by Southport Yacht Club management prior to publication.
