About this space
Blanc Space is a boutique creative studio nestled in a prime location, between the Gold Coast and Byron Bay, with beautifully textured lime-wash and rendered white walls, along with stylish shelving and modular seating. In addition to this we offer assorted chairs, stools, and decor, all included in the space. We provide a kitchenette, clean washroom facilities, and filtered water to keep things convenient.
We also offer flexible packages for local artists, wellness practitioners, and creatives who want to host workshops, classes, or exhibitions.
For added customisation, we provide optional freestanding backdrop stands and neutral paper backdrops (1.3 meters) to enhance your project or studio lighting if you require.

Two Hour Studio Hire
2 hours: A$125.00

Booking & Time Management
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may shorten your allotted time.
Extended hours incur additional charges.
Treat the space, equipment, and props with care.
Any damage to the studio, equipment, or furnishings will be charged for repair or replacement.
Studio equipment and props should only be used with prior approval.
Noise Levels
Keep noise levels appropriate to avoid disturbing others.
Music is allowed, but volume must be controlled.
Food & Beverages
Light refreshments are permitted, but please clean up after yourself.
No alcohol is allowed unless pre-approved for specific events.
Cleaning & Tidiness
Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it.
All rubbish must be disposed of in the provided bins out the back
If necessary, a $90 cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
Health & Safety
Follow all health and safety guidelines provided.
Keep walkways clear and be mindful of any cables or equipment.
For larger events, ensure that any equipment setups meet safety standards.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio or event space.
Personal Belongings
The studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Personal items should be stored safely in designated areas.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
Guest Limits
The number of guests must not exceed the capacity limit set for the event or shoot.

Additional guests or participants must be approved in advance.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
