Rules of the space

Host rules

• No smoking in the studio or within 5 metres of the entrance.
• No pets unless approved in advance.
• No pornographic content is permitted.

Studio Access
• Access is only permitted during your booked time.
• Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your booking.
• All attendees must vacate the studio by the end of the booking period.
• Overtime is charged at $105 per hour.

Furniture & Props
• Furniture and props may be moved but must be returned to their original position before departure.
• Furniture is for talent use only and must not be misused or damaged.
• Furniture and props must remain inside the building.

Bookings
• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
• The hirer is responsible for all attendees and any damage caused during the booking.
• Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

Studio Care & Liability
• The studio is used at the hirer's own risk.
• Patch Studio accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or facilities will be charged to the hirer.

Paper Backdrops
• Backdrops must be installed by Patch Studio staff.
• One backdrop includes up to 2 metres of usage; additional usage or damage may incur charges.
• Backdrop changes during a booking incur a $60 service fee plus backdrop costs.

Model Releases
• The hirer is responsible for obtaining any required model releases and permissions for image use.

Image Usage
• Patch Studio may request copies of images captured for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us prior to your booking.

Parking
• One onsite car park is available for $50 per day and must be booked and paid for in advance.

Operating Hours
• Standard studio hours are 7:00am–5:00pm. Access outside these hours may be arranged upon request.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
