RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
The venue practices responsible service of alcohol and reserves the right to refuse entry, limit or cease alcohol service, or require guests to leave if intoxicated or behaving inappropriately. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian and may not consume alcohol. Alcohol will not be served to contractors. The venue may end the function if guest behaviour becomes unacceptable, and the customer is responsible for ensuring guests depart in an orderly manner without disturbing neighbours or other patrons.
NOISE & COMPLIANCE
The venue operates in accordance with licensing and council requirements. Music volume, entertainment and finish times must comply with these regulations. The venue may adjust sound levels or conclude entertainment if required. This will not constitute grounds for a refund.
SMOKING
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Guests must use provided ashtrays, and the customer is responsible for any costs resulting from smoke detector activations caused by smoking or function-related activity, unless caused by the venue or its staff.
DECORATIONS AND THEMING
The use of confetti, glitter, scatters, rose petals etc. is prohibited. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door, ceiling or fixture of the premises unless authorised by the venue. Should they be used without notification, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Smoke machines, pyrotechnics and flammable liquids may not be used in any area of the premises. Candles may be used with the prior approval of the venue.
