Learning and development activities are simply online activities that encourage employees to learn something new. It can usually be anything from a cooking class to encourage creativity to an allyship workshop to promote your company culture. Online activities such as painting workshops, and pitch presentations, among others, are also common learning activities.

Depending on the goal of the event, virtual learning and development activities can focus on orientation, employee onboarding, and soft skills development, such as communication. Our events are particularly focused on soft skills development, employee onboarding, and company culture. They are designed to promote healthier workplace practices that put employees first.

The minimum number of participants would be around 3, and the maximum around 500. For example, our candle making workshop, which promotes creativity and group communication, can be hosted for as few as three participants, while our Allyship Workshop can accommodate up to 499. However, we recommend keeping it to a reasonable number of participants to encourage good discussion and learning.
