Do it Daily - Corporate Wellbeing Program is about doing ONE simple, quick, new, daily task to boost your wellness. It is fantastic when the team does this together, it builds team camaraderie, whilst striking a work-life balance.
Arpita assisted large multinationals like “Price Waterhouse Coopers”, “Boston Consulting Group”, “OLX” etc., coached 10,000+ sessions, clients in 27 countries and 17 different qualifications in Fitness, Nutrition & Yoga.
We rotate through a 4-week cycle with a NEW daily task. Each task takes approx. 10 minutes/day to do.
“MUNCH“ WEEK:
- A fresh daily task related to either nutrition, hydration, healthy choices, restaurant hacks, minimising calories, resisting junk, smart food swaps, creative carb choices, food prep, purging the fridge, the ideal crockery, superfoods, making informed grocery choices etc.
- Colour your “Accountability Vault” upon the completion of your daily task.
“MOVE“ WEEK:
- An achievable, doable, new task related to practising a Primal Movement, enjoying the outdoors, learning new stretches, being less sedentary, increasing incidental activity levels or flexibility at your desk for greater productivity. Plenty of ideas to get you moving in new and varied ways.
- Colour your “Accountability Vault” upon the completion of your daily task.
“MOTIVATE" WEEK:
- A fun task, every day to keep you motivated, related to decluttering digitally or physically, deep diving into your goals & affirmations, book recommendations, inspirational videos, volunteering, work-life balance, playlists & holidays!
- Colour your “Accountability Vault” upon the completion of your daily task.
“MINDFUL" WEEK:
- A mindful reminder, daily, related to meditation, breath work, nature & outdoors, restorative stretches, apps & animals, self-enquiry journalling, deeper connections, flexibility, deeper relationships, stress-busting mantras & emotional eating triggers.
- Colour your “Accountability Vault” upon the completion of your daily task.

Cancellation policy
After a booking has been made, Client rescheduling within 2 weeks or less of the event date is subject to a fee equal to 25% of the total fee.
After a booking has been made, Client rescheduling within 72 hours or less of the event date is subject to a fee equal to £150 or 50% of the total fee whichever is greater will be applied at the time of your re-booking. Your event must be rescheduled within 365 days of your original event date.
CANCELLATION, LOW-SHOW, AND NO-SHOW POLICY: No refunds will be issued for reduced event participant headcount turnout at an event (“Low-Show”), zero participant turnout at an event (“No-Show”), and/or event cancellation. If you provide notice at least 72 hours in advance of the event for a Low-Show, No-Show, or cancellation then credit towards a future event may be issued in accordance to the rescheduling policy above. Any credit issued will be in accordance with the rescheduling policy above and must be utilized within 365 days of your original event date.
FAQs
On average about 10 mins/ day. Some tasks take literally 30 seconds (eg: Switch off all devices at 9 pm), while others take longer (Enjoy a 20-minute walk).
The “Move” week offers daily new movements & active tasks. Eg: Complete a 20-minute nature walk or try a specific stretch. Entire workouts should be personalized & specific to your fitness level, goals & injuries. You are welcome to book a private 1:1 session with Arpita. Remember, "Do it Daily" is about cutting the overwhelm and doing one simple task daily to boost your wellness.
Progress over Perfection. Even if this helps you get into ONE healthy habit each week for the rest of your life - it is well worth it. Anything you achieve on "Do it Daily" is better than where you are right now.
Yes. "Do it Daily" has a holistic approach focusing on various aspects of your well-being. You will still get a lot out of it, even though you may not be able to do some of the daily tasks due to your health conditions. Always follow your physician’s advice.
The Daily tasks are delivered via a Private Facebook group, set up especially for your team. You will receive a short email with the resources and the next steps upon payment.
You will receive a new, creative, Nutrition-related daily task during the “Munch” week. Meal plans & fad diets never last. "Do it Daily" Is not a weight loss diet, it is a wellness program.
Besides the awesome “Accountability Vault” resource, we absolutely encourage and welcome you to check in with us daily on your private Facebook group with your colleagues, all doing the same task. We will answer all queries related to the daily task directly in the group so that everyone benefits from each other's support.

I used to be an Architect and understand the pressures of a corporate job. I have traveled to 34 countries and lived in Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East & Australia. Life, Work & Travel experience has exposed me to a variety of cultures, and social & ethnic backgrounds giving me a deeper insight into people’s health needs across the globe and developing "Do it Daily" with a high-level understanding of YOUR needs. I am also a Mum to teenage boys and a wife to my Aussie soulmate for 18 years. My passion became my career.
