How does it work?
Just let us know which hamper box would you like to choose, the number of participants, and the date of the event. Next, we will ask you for a list of all the participants' addresses. Then we will dispatch the goodies in a timely manner to ensure everybody receives their hampers before the event.

Note: The prices below apply to participants based in the UK only. Delivery of hamper boxes to countries outside of the UK is available upon request. The hamper boxes above are available in the UK only. Hamper boxes ordered for the USA and EU may differ. Occasionally some products in the hamper may change due to a limited supply of products. We will always replace any item that is unavailable with a similar item of greater or equal value. Alcohol-free alternatives are available upon request.
Important: Processing of the order and delivery of hampers takes approximately 2 weeks (longer around the holiday season).

Pricing and capacity
Cancellation policy
After a booking has been made, Client rescheduling within 2 weeks or less of the event date is subject to a fee equal to 25% of the total fee.
After a booking has been made, Client rescheduling within 72 hours or less of the event date is subject to a fee equal to £150 or 50% of the total fee whichever is greater will be applied at the time of your re-booking. Your event must be rescheduled within 365 days of your original event date.
CANCELLATION, LOW-SHOW, AND NO-SHOW POLICY: No refunds will be issued for reduced event participant headcount turnout at an event (“Low-Show”), zero participant turnout at an event (“No-Show”), and/or event cancellation. If you provide notice at least 72 hours in advance of the event for a Low-Show, No-Show, or cancellation then credit towards a future event may be issued in accordance to the rescheduling policy above. Any credit issued will be in accordance with the rescheduling policy above and must be utilized within 365 days of your original event date.

We offer three different Christmas gift hampers. Our Christmas Snacker gift box is alcohol-free and includes a variety of delicious snacks such as the Chilli & Lime Nut Mix, Mature Cheddar Biscuits, and Christmas Spice Chocolate Bar from Coco Chocolatier. Each hamper includes four to six delicious and delightful products. The Fireplace Kit is an alcohol-free hamper suitable for all family members, making it a great option for a corporate Christmas gift. Finally, our luxury Christmas hamper, the Advent Calendar, is a boozy treat, offering 24 unique craft beer cans or a selection of craft beers and savoury snacks/ chocolates.
All you have to do is send us a message or use the inquiry form to let us know which Christmas Hamper you would like to order, the number of participants, and your preferred delivery date. Then, once these details are confirmed, we will ask you for the delivery addresses to ship the gift hampers on time! Next, you’ll receive a link to share with your colleagues. Finally, when the time comes, simply get on Zoom for some live fun.
Yes, you can customise your Christmas Hamper Box to some extent. If you wish to opt for alcohol-free alternatives or to replace a product, simply get in touch with us, and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Remember that due to the limited number of products, some items might be replaced with something of similar or higher value.
Absolutely! Your customised wishes can be included with your Christmas gift boxes. We recommend providing the message at the time of the order. If you didn’t include instructions about a holiday message when ordering the gift boxes, get in touch with your event coordinator at events@tagvenue.com, and we’ll make sure to include your message if it’s not too late.
The earlier you book your hampers, the better. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. To make sure that you receive the hampers you want and that they reach your team on time, it’s best to place your orders in October or, at the latest, in early November. However, do not hesitate to reach out to us in December as we might still be able to arrange for timely delivery.
To order the Christmas Gift Hampers on Tagvenue, email us at events@tagvenue.com or use the inquiry form on our website to get in touch. Once the date and group size are confirmed, we’ll provide you with a quote and all necessary information regarding the selected activity. You can then make a payment after providing us with the company billing details, such as the address and VAT number (this applies to non-UK customers only). The booking confirmation and invoice are sent via email. You can securely pay via a link with your CC (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) . We accept CAD, GBP, USD, SGD, AUD, and EUR.
