The venue had the idea to serve the drinks in a room to the side - where our guests could not get to easily. They should have given us the space towards the back of the venue, out of the way of other customers as we kept getting in the way of their service. Our guests were told to move out of the way very rudely. If you are going to accept an event with 100 people at your venue, you should think about where they are going to be. The staff did not think it important to serve our guests drinks and left it to us to do it ourselves! They even left us the bottle opener.. I had to ask them to take the plates of pizza around because half the guests could not get to the table where the pizzas were sat getting cold. They ran out of beer. The white wine we ordered was very bad
