Amelia was great at helping us navigate our booking, including recommending alternative space that was more suitable for our group and even coordinating unforeseen last minute event changes. The venue was exactly what we needed and provided everything you needed all under one roof and booking. Very pleased with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to book again
Only negative if I had to pick one (though it wasn't too much of a big deal) is the floor was incredibly sticky. as soon as we arrived it was mentioned but it wasn't enough to put us off and no doubt we contributed to it throughout the night too! :)
Everyone has a good time. Location of the Piccadilly Institute is great. Team were very accommodating. Evening ran smoothly. The room was great, music worked well.
They moved my party venue last minute and charged my Guests £14 for a double rum and coke … which is ridiculous even for London. So that put a bit of a dampener on the night. Staff were also very rude to lots of the guests and myself.
The manager that greeted us was very nice however, when she was not available the other staff were so rude! Particularly the lady behind the front desk at the entrance. It took a long time to get the music going to a party level
I discovered a much more accommodating and Professional venue called the “Driver”. Book them instead- I had the best time despite the stress Tiger tiger put me through.
I had planned to host my 30th birthday in the Cloud lounge mid October. I booked and I paid my deposit all in July. I paid decorators, organised other vendors all of which cost over £300. TigerTiger forced me to cancelled my event 3 days to the date of my 30th birthday with a bogus story about their sound not working, subsequently cancelling the use of my own dj and offering a live stream of their dj from the main Tiger bar. I offered alternative sound provision options with the support of my own Approved Audio/ Visual specialist engineer, however I was ignored. This coincidentally occurred after I shared the social media of my DJ (a commercial DJ who plays at universities and all over london). Another coincidence is the previous week, another event similar to mine was cancelled on the day to which it was to occur... same DJ had been booked. The venue should have just told me the truth regarding their disinterest in hosting my event. Instead of giving me 2/3 days to re-organise something I had been planning for a year. I wouldn't trust them and will forever advise against the use of this venue
