The staff and venue were overall fantastic. They dealt with a problem very quickly, were friendly and kept everything very tidy, I would go there again. Specific thank you to the manager and the staff that evening, whom stopped my birthday evening being ruined, thank you!
Kate, who managed the booking had no attention to detail and failed to pass on the fact we had someone coming in a wheelchair, which meant they had to wait outside in the cold until the problem was fixed. If this was in the notes it would have been avoided, especially as I asked a lot of questions about accessibility and the need for it. Next time I would call the venue and book it myself with them.
Staff were very friendly, professional and super helpful given how busy the venue was. Food was very good, though would have preferred more options
Area (The Orchard) was a bit smaller than I had expected so it was very cosy given how busy the rest of the venue was that evening
