located in a nice building

I told the person i was liaising with, Sophia i believe, several times that the amount of people coming had changed and this was to be reflected in the layout of the room. When i got there it was set up for double the amount of people which looked ridiculous when attendees arrived. When I discussed this with the staff in the venue, they were extremely defensive and repeatedly told me that i hadnt told them - rather than apologising and trying to solve the situation. I also found communication with Sophia and the other person via the portal to be unreliable, i asked for a number and direct email address and was ignored. The door to the entrance of the building was also extremely difficult to find. Overall the experience was very poor from start to finish.

Great location, clean and tidy facilities

Staff weren't very engaging. Abrupt security at the front door that didn't want to let me in without a pass.

No biscuits despite the fact that we paid for it We could hear people from the meeting room next to us which was perturbating our speakers (they had to say several times "Sorry I can't hear you due to the noise, could you repeat?")
