Valeria was super helpful as part of the events team. On the night I couldn't fault the team, really helpful and efficient.

Could have done with some poser tables dotted around. On the glitch floor I think having a louder microphone for announcements would have helped. Very minor things.

Our experience was exceptional from start to finish - from the procurement and booking stages, to planning and execution. The team were incredibly flexible to our requirements and nothing was too much trouble - every single member of staff we met throughout the process was super helpful and friendly! The team were proactive about making sure our requests were always taken care of, both in the lead up and on the night itself, and it couldn't have been easier to get in touch with our main contact to ask questions and make arrangements when we needed to. The space we had on the night was perfect in terms of size and decorations and the Gaming Room went down a treat - everyone in our team agrees that it was our best Christmas Party ever! Thank you so much to everyone who made it such a huge success. You're all wonderful!

We held our Christmas Party here and everyone loved it, we had such a good time and there was something for everyone! The food was delicious and the staff were so helpful and enthusiastic. Thank you for delivering such a great event! I really wish you luck in the future and I would look to return with friends

My only comments would be that the toilets could do with modernising, they didn't match the main room and felt out of date but they did the job. The food could have better signage with dietaries, although it was handwritten it didn't look very professional, also we had a garlic and onion allergy that hadn't fully been catered to as powder was still used and they didn't feel confident eating it. They were fine in the end but that would be an area for improvement.
