This is a beautiful and quirky venue. The team who helped us prep for our party and who staffed it on the night were helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed hosting an event here.

Everything about the venue was great. The decoration and lighting are beautiful. On the day itself, there was the right number of staff and everything to help you out from bartenders, to cloakroom etc. There were people on the day overseeing the events as well which was good. They have everything you could need, good and loud speakers which connect the hallway and bathrooms to the same music, DJ decks available for extra, a fully functional kitchen which can be used on request etc.

The only thing I didn't like were the bathrooms. They have there own sinks and hand dryers in each cubicle which means that the floors get very wet. POOR PRIOR COMMUNICATION - While there was a lot of help on the day, it is very hard to contact Guilia and the venue in general to prepare. I was only given one email address and telephone number and replies were very slow. The venue does not have a main number which means if I couldn't get through to Guilia there was no other way to contact. Additionally, while they say that you can have your own personalised drinks menu etc. it is very hard to actually arrange this and the bartenders couldn't accommodate for even basic drinks like a mojito or daquiri but could make more complex drinks provided it was on their own drinks menu. Therefore, I ended up just having to pick cocktails that were on their menu.

Phoebe is an amazing host and made sure the event was run seamlessly

Slow communication and no one to phone, nor confirmation that the event was on track nor did anyone reach out before the event
