The Barn can hold up to 140 people for a buffet style celebration and up to 72 people for a sit down meal.
The venue can be split into three separate areas for use in meetings and training courses.

The Orchard is an intimate space with lots of natural light and access to a private garden area.
The space can be used on its own for small meetings, training events, private dining etc or it can be opened up and used with The Meadow to create a larger space.

The Meadow is a converted 300 year old brick barn with original features including high ceilings, exposed beams and brick pillars. It has been brought up to date with underfloor heating, wifi connection and power points in the floor along with comfortable furniture to provide a great setting for your event.

The Barn At Yew Tree Farm, a unique event space for meetings and corporate events situated in South Liverpool. Yew Tree Farm has been family run for over 35 years, it is set in 25 acres of greenbelt countryside in Halewood.
The 300 year old Barn was sensitively refurbished in 2020 and was transformed from a farm shop to this stunning venue that maintains its rustic beauty and simple elegance.
Yew Tree Farm provides a semi-rural location within minutes of great transport links, like the M62, M57, the Mersey Gateway and Liverpool Airport.
The Barn is set on a working farm so you will see hens roaming around, alpacas, goats, sheep and a donkey with the odd tractor passing by.
We pride ourselves on providing quality food, refreshments and a personalised and flexible service along with up to date technology.
