- No nails, screws, staples, or push-pins should be used on walls, wood, or other fine surfaces.
- A banquet license is required for events serving alcohol and needs to be available during the event.

Rental Guests must include setup and clean-up times in the booking request. Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking.
