2. No Open Flames (candles, incense, etc.) without prior approval.
4. Respect the Furniture & Decor — do not move or remove items without permission.
5. Glitter, confetti, or messy props require prior approval and may incur an extra cleaning fee.
6. No Nails, Tape, or Adhesives on walls or surfaces to avoid damage.
7. Noise Levels should be kept reasonable to respect other tenants in the building.
8. Guests & Capacity — Only the agreed number of guests are permitted; additional guests require approval.
9. Cleanup — All items brought in must be removed, and the space returned to its original condition by the end of your booking.
10. Time Management — Set-up and breakdown must be completed within your reserved time slot.
