Pez Loco is the brainchild of James Beard nominated Rising Star Chef Ari Taymor. Hailing from the west coast, Chef Taymor has been inspired by his time in the coastal areas of LA and Mexico.
Pez Loco “crazy fish” represents Chef Taymor’s fusion of these traditional dishes with his continued exploration of the diverse local ingredients that make South Florida unique, giving guests a boldly fresh take on Mexican coastal cuisine.
