You are free to use the stage, bar, restaurant, kitchen and library. The offer is so wide it's actually hard to decide what to pick! However, no matter the choice, we guarantee the best experiences.

Host rules
- Requested rental period is inclusive of load-in, setup, tear down, and clean up.
- You may rearrange the furniture and decoration at our venue as long as you return everything to its place.
- We do not allow the consumption of alcohol or the use of drugs during film or music video production unless they are used as props, with prior approval.
- If more people show up than the amount you booked, we will charge for the extra people and/or reserve the right to cancel your booking.
- Please ask for permission to drill or nail anything into the walls.
- Please do NOT us gaffer tape on the floor as it could damage the lacquered floor.
- Some of the art work at the venue can be used only with a release. Please ask before you use them for your shoot.
- Please ask for permission before you plug into any electrical outlet, especially if your device may draw more than 10 Amps or 1200 Watts.
- There will be a restocking fee for some items you borrow.
- Please leave the venue as clean as you found it. We will charge for any cleanup required beyond simple detailing and trash removal.
- We may require the hiring of security guard(s) at our guests' (renters') expense in the interest of safety for all parties concerned.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
