About this space
Weekends are available occasionally! Just ask! This space is in a very safe and nice office center. It has it's own entrance just a couple feet from the large parking lot. There's a waiting room then a large mostly empty room in the back. You can use it for small classes/lectures. Or for photoshoots as that's what it's normally used for. There's large windows with sheer curtains so it does have some natural light. There is a queen sized murphy bed. There are 3 white boards you could put on the ground for a white floor for photos - they're great for cake smash photoshoots as they easily wipe up. Or if you don't need them I can move them out of the back room. There is a magnet wall to easily hang backdrops on, as well as seamless paper available in the colors black, white, light blue and light pink. The place is baby proofed with the outlets covered and extremely clean, there is a diaper changing table as well. There are several chairs/benches you can use - including the throne! There is a private bathroom and a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave. My photos are all over the walls in the waiting room and can not be removed but if you're a photographer you could always bring in your own prints to display on the table. There are no photos hanging in the back room or mention of my business name anywhere. I will be there during your rental but I will mostly stay in one of the closed off rooms so I'm not in your way.
