Though a bit small to accommodate 4 people, especially when 2 are of larger size, it well acceptable. Reception can be improved to share with guest where drinking water, tea and coffee too instead of just telling us is available in the drawer. Also least show us where restroom are.

Great and clean space, we held a few workshops. The hosts were very responsive, even when we had last minute bookings. Located in ChinaTown with good public transport connections and food establishments. Very clean, some catering was available (water, soft drinks)
At the time there were construction works going on next door, causing loud noises during our workshop time.
