About this space
Things are getting festive @ 4th Floor Studios, there’s a whiff of pine needles and mulled wine wafting through the air and things are smelling exceptionally Christmassy down stairs in the kitchen!
As ever we won’t be going too overboard with the decorations as we like to keep it a little bit classy, but feel free to bring along more Christmas dec’s if it makes you happy.. what we will have in plentiful supply though is great tasting Christmas grub and an abundance of Christmas cheer. Add to that a state of the art sound system, a wonderfully over stocked bar and 3000sq ft of prime mood lit party space with an array of funky soft furnishings to chill out on, we have everything you need to make your Christmas party or event the one that everyone remembers.

About 4th Floor Studios
Available for meetings, exhibitions, parties, weddings, photo/film shoots and lots more. This is creative space at its best, versatile and ambient.
We offer a beautiful space unlike any other so if you are with bags of character and full of quirky props and furniture it makes a great place to hold your event.
We have a full AV capability with chairs, conference facilities, studio lighting and accessories, backdrops, props, musical instruments, PA system and backline.
There are a bamboo smoking terrace and a rooftop. We are fully licensed for music/alcohol and provide catering too.
