About this space

Our smallest and most intimate studio is ideal for teaching smaller groups of up to 12. It has one large floor to ceiling window, ash wooden floor, ambient lighting and central heating. The studio overlooks Ebury Mews so, like the Mysore studio, it is particularly peaceful.

The studio is available during the week but needs to work around our regular schedule.

About The Shala

The beautiful purpose-built centre we have created has the luxuries of a big yoga centre (showers, coffee machine, underfloor heating, wooden floors), whilst retaining the charm and character of a small independent studio.

It is a beautifully simple, serene, and warm space, which retains the warehouse character of the building. The space is ideal for workshops, it is popular for photography shoots, and perfect for filming. We have a lounge area and three studios.
