The Large main hall which can seat up to 180 for formal dining, and has a total capacity of up to 250 people. a great versatile space which can be customized to your needs.

Perfect for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, corporate events, weddings, and parties. It has catering provisions, an in-house bar, and an optional internal marquee style liner.

Located in our purpose built conference centre. We also have 30 adventurous activities available on site for team building.

Bookings - Only 1 Wedding per day at Gilwell Park. Other functions may take place.
Parameters of facility access will be advised upon booking. Gilwell Park is also the home of Scouting.


Gilwell Park, world famous home to the Scout movement, is a truly unique venue for both corporate events and private special occasions. Located deep in Epping Forest, but only minutes from Chingford Station (London E4) the White house - dating back to 1754 - is the ultimate London rural retreat, combining stunning Georgian elegance with a real sense of escape. Whether you want a magical London wedding or an adventurous team building day, the house is styled in a simple, understated way, allowing guests to dress it exactly to their tastes and needs. Our pricing policy means that guests can have a truly memorable time, without a big budget. And all our profits go to the Scout movement.

The White House houses a number of signature rooms perfect for intimate events and weddings.

Our large Event Hall (for up to 180 guests seated, 250 guests standing) is housed in our purpose-built Conference facility, the CIC and is a separate building to the White House.
