The Hayden Suite is our largest function room, which is ideal for weddings, events and business conferences which holds up to 180 people for any occasion.Our aim is to make offer you the ideal conference facility in Cheltenham and support so your event goes without a hitch. We have five main conference centre facility rooms.

All-day: £45.00 per person
Evening only: £9.95 per person
Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
