About this space
Located just 20 miles from Telford, and 15 miles from Wolverhampton, weddings in the heart of the Shropshire Countryside, just outside the picturesque market-town of Bridgnorth, are our speciality.
The pub, which dates back 700 years and is surrounded by views of stunning Shropshire scenery, offers options for everyone, whatever your perfect day. Since we took on the pub in 2005, it has benefited from a complete refurbishment, both inside and out. The gardens are particularly impressive featuring a beautiful dual ornamental lake, Japanese-style bridge, gazebo and private verandah with spectacular views of the Shropshire Hills beyond; it’s an idyllic backdrop to your wedding day.
However, for winter weddings and unfortunate days when the weather is not so good, Ye Olde Punchbowl Inn offers plenty of space and character in its Ludlow Suite and large restaurant.
